We know you have a lot to do. That's why we've made your life a little easier with subscriptions.

Get a 5% discount when you subscribe to our products. You get it delivered to an agent or to your home and don't have to think about when it's time to buy a new one.

With a subscription, you save time, money and keep your dog happy!

It's easy to start a subscription

Subscribing to our products is easy! How to use:

1. Select subscription

Visit a product and click in the box Subscribe & Save (5%). Choose how often you want delivery and add to cart.

2. Delivery

Complete your order as usual. Choose to have your package delivered directly to your home or to the nearest agent. Pay securely by card! You will receive your first delivery immediately and then at the interval of your choice.

How to create an account?

You create an account by selecting the products you want to order and then selecting the Subscribe & Save option along with the time interval you want it to be sent. You just complete your order as usual.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card is debited the same day the order is renewed. You will receive a notice of this via email three days before payment takes place. When the card is charged, you will receive a new email.

How is payment made?

Payment is made automatically via credit card. Currently, it is only possible to pay by card. It costs nothing extra and you pay nothing in advance.

Is there a binding period?

No, quit whenever you want. You can cancel via the My Account page or contact us and we will help you.

Is it possible to change my subscription?

Absolutely, you have full control over your subscription on the My Account page. Pause, advance or postpone your delivery. Add and remove products. Choose different delivery intervals for products. Contact us if you need help.

I have received a discount code. How do I use it?

The subscription discount cannot be combined with other discounts and offers. However, you can always use your discounts on one-off purchases.

How do I know you sent my order?

You will receive an email with a trackable link when we have shipped your order. You can also contact us at kundtjanst@tassafritt.se.
