If your dog does not like a product, you will receive a gift card for the amount of the product to shop for in our store. For the taste guarantee to apply, 80% of the product must be untouched. For example, you buy a bag with 10 bull muscles and then there should be 8 bull muscles left.*

When you take part in the taste guarantee, you send back the product that your dog does not like. Return shipping of EUR 15 is added. When we have received the return, we will send your gift card to you via email.

Our production is inspected annually by inspectors from the Swedish authority, The Swedish Agency for Agriculture ("Jordbruksverket").

Our ingredients are carefully dried in a dehydrator without additives, chemicals or salt. It takes approximately 4 kg of fresh meat to produce 1 kg of dried treats. The reason is because moisture and water disappear during the drying process. The end product is an irresistible dog chew.
